* Public Celebrations Restricted: Public gatherings, cake cutting, and fireworks are banned in public places.
* Crackdown on Drunk Driving: Anti-drunk driving campaigns will be intensified, with strict penalties for offenders.
Venue Restrictions: Certain roads and bridges will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10 PM on December 31st to 4 AM on January 1st.
